We make every effort possible to be respectful to the environment. Through our production methods which control the amount of waste produced to the recycling of that waste, our strict factory guidelines control every bit of raw material we use.

Since our foam is shipped in large blocks, we maximize its capacity by organizing the cutting layout in an efficient manner. By way of reverse interlocking the shapes, the amount of waste left over in our facility is at an extreme low.

Recycling is a big part of our manufacturing process. Whatever little waste that remains from cutting shapes out of our foam block and finely grinded and compacted into blocks. These blocks are then transported to a plant and recycled into plastic materials like garden furniture, household items and food trays.

EPS has never contained CFC (chlorofluorocarbon), HCFC (hydrochlorofluorocarbon), HFCs (hydrofluorocarbon) or formaldehyde which are harmful to the earth’s ozone. EPS is inert and stable and does not produce methane gas or contaminating leachates.
