WHAT IS SO SPECIAL ABOUT MOULDEX MOULDINGS?
Quite simply, we do things other market alternatives simply can't. Or won't. We're the most versatile moulding on the market for a reason and you can read more about that here.


CAN I ORDER SAMPLES?
Yes!. Samples are $1.00 USD each + shipping. Handling is free.


ARE THE SAMPLES COATED?
Some of the profiles on our website are made to order and will ship as EPS samples for sizing purposes. We will also include a coated unit of another SKU for quality reference as well.


WHAT LENGTHS DO YOUR MOULDINGS COME IN?
Our standard lengths are 8' but are fully customizable to greater or smaller sizes in an effort to reduce waste at no extra expense.


DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM MOULDINGS?
It's one of our strong suits. While we have over 100 stock shapes that we manufacture regularly, we are always producing specialty designs quickly and cost effectively.


IS THERE AN EXTRA COST TO PRODUCING CUSTOM MOULDINGS?
No. If you were take a 6” x 2” stock profile and order a custom one with the same dimensions, the price would be the same though some exceptions apply.


CAN YOU MAKE ARCHES?
Yes. We can make arches for any one of our profiles as well as custom designs. We also manufacture circles, ellipticals (ovals) and bow arches too. 


CAN I VISIT YOUR SHOWROOM?
Absolutely. We are located at 170 Pippin Rd in Vaughan, ON. No appointment is necessary.


HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT TRIM AND SILL COMBINATION?
We just released MX.CURATED. They're expertly designed exterior moulding ideas, our profiles combined with each other for 12 different styles.

WHAT COLOURS DO YOU MOULDINGS COME IN?
Our exterior mouldings are cement gray while our interior is plaster white. You can select the colour of your choice as well as texture. They are applied once they have been installed.


IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
There is no minimum order. If you want one piece, we'll ship you one piece. 


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO QUOTE OUR PROJECT?
We can quote you in many ways.
If you are local, we can come directly to your project and meet with you, completing site measurements while we are there. Or you can visit us during business hours.
We can also quote with properly scaled architectural drawings. 


WILL YOUR MOULDINGS CRACK?
All mouldings are susceptible to cracking. With the use of our dense EPS core, they're less susceptible than other market alternatives. 


HOW DO I INSTALL YOUR MOULDINGS?
Although we recommend hiring a professional for installation, they can be installed on your own with a little DIY prowess. We'll provide whatever support needed to help.


ARE YOUR MOULDINGS DURABLE?
Our mouldings have been proven to stand up to heat, cold, rain, snow, hail and high winds. And we have the track record since 2001 to prove it. With that being said, precautions to prevent moisture/water intrusion must still be taken.


WILL YOUR MOULDINGS ROT?
Our mouldings are made of 100% inorganic materials which means they are not susceptible to rot or damage caused by nature.


DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY?
We do. For an emailed copy, please write to us.


Mouldex Mouldings is committed to excellence and stands behind the quality of its products. We warrant that all Mouldex Mouldings products are free from defects in materials and workmanship.


This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Mouldex Mouldings will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.


The warranty period for Mouldex Mouldings products purchased from Mouldex Mouldings is 1 year from the date of purchase.


This limited warranty does not cover any problems that are caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Additionally, the following specific conditions are excluded from coverage under this warranty:

  • Environmental Conditions: Damage resulting from environmental conditions.

  • Reflective and Specialized Glass Surfaces: Damage or product failure associated with the installation near glass surfaces with any reflective coatings, including but not limited to Low-E glass and windows with a low Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC). This exclusion is due to the intensified heat and light reflection which can adversely affect the product's performance and appearance.

  • Improper Use: This includes misuse, abuse, negligence, or alterations from the intended design and installation, improper maintenance, and installation not in accordance with Mouldex Mouldings guidelines.

  • Accidental or External Causes: Damage attributable to accidents, natural disasters, or other external causes.

Mouldex Mouldings shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty. Except as provided in this written warranty, neither Mouldex Mouldings nor any third party shall have any liability for any incidental or consequential damages.

To ensure the longevity and performance of Mouldex Mouldings products, it is recommended that installations in environments with unique or challenging conditions be consulted with a Mouldex expert. Proper planning and precautions can prevent potential issues and ensure the warranty's applicability.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.  

ARE YOUR MOULDINGS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?
Yes! They are definitely tree-savers.

ARE YOU ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?
Yes! We produce very little waste to begin with. Plus, we go to great lengths to work with major recycling plants that take back any material we don't use. Products that get made from our waste serve many industries from retail to construction.

Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.
