Can I buy your mouldings online?
Yes. You can place your order on our website although we do not formally process the transaction until we confirm the details with you. We want to ensure you are ordering exactly what you need before we ship it out.

Do your prices include shipping?
No. Once you place your order, we determine the best and most economical way to ship your product to you. We source three quotes to guarantee the lowest cost.

How do you ship?
For small orders, we get in touch with FedEx, UPS and Purolator Courier to provide us quotes. For larger orders, it is normally done through transport trucks.

Is shipping expensive?
No. Because we source multiple options depending on the size of your order, we can guarantee the lowest possible shipping price.

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide with selected national and international carriers.

What sizes do your mouldings come in?
Our standard lengths are 8’ but we also make them longer to save on job site waste. We don't stock anything over 8' so if you require different lengths, please allow extra time for production.

Do you do custom mouldings?
Our specialty is custom mouldings. While we have over 100 stock shapes that we manufacture regularly, we can turn out custom designs quickly and inexpensively.

Is there an extra cost to producing custom mouldings?
No. If you were take a 6” x 2” stock profile and order a custom one with the same dimensions, the price would be the same.

Can you make arches?
Yes. We can make arches for any one of our profiles as well as custom designs. We also manufacture circles, ellipticals (ovals) and bow arches too.

Can I see samples of the mouldings I'm thinking about purchasing?
You're more than welcome to come visit us if you're local, we have a showroom with all of our stock profiles on display. If you're not able to make it, tell us what you would like to see and we'll send your samples by Purolator Courier.

Your catalogue looks great but there are so many choices. How do I choose?
Talk to us. We have been in business since 2001 and have designed many different homes and buildings in every style from traditional to modern.

Do you have any designs I can select from?
We just released MX YOUR STYLE. Containing five architecturally inspired themes, you can now select the right style for your home in a quick and easy fashion. Choose from Traditional, Meditteranean, Modern, Eclectic and Contemporary.

I’m still unsure of how the different elements will look on my project. Can I see a rendering?
Yes! You can visit http://www.mouldexcurbappeal.com to see your selected combination on a pre-set section of a home.

What if I would like to see my own home on a rendering?

While there is a $350 fee for this service, that money will be credited towards the purchase of your mouldings.

What colours do your mouldings come in?
Our mouldings are natural gray. You can select the colour of your choice as well as texture, to be applied once they have been installed.

Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order. If you want one piece, we'll ship you one piece.

What do you need to provide a quote on my project?
We can quote you in many ways.

If you are local, we can come directly to your project and meet with you, completing site measurements while we are there.

If you have a set of architectural drawings that we can borrow for a couple of days, please bring them in for us to look at. We can also quote with properly scaled PDF or AutoCAD drawings as well. I have seen cracks on mouldings, will yours do that?
If properly installed, our mouldings will not crack. Please visit here to have us help you find an installer.

How do I install your mouldings?
Although we recommend hiring a professional for installation, they can be installed on your own. Please visit our downloads section for complete instructions. If you have further questions, please call us at 1 888 MOULDEX.

But it’s just styrofoam, will they stand up to nature’s various elements?
Don’t let the word foam fool you. Our mouldings have been proven to stand up to heat, cold, rain, snow, hail and high winds. Our cement coating is manufactured by a company that have been in the business for over 25 years and have the track record to back it up.

Will your mouldings rot?
Our mouldings are made of 100% inorganic materials which means they are not susceptible to rot or damage caused by nature.

If your mouldings are not made from organic materials, are they environmentally friendly?
Yes! They are definitely tree-savers.

Do you consider yourself an environmentally friendly company?
Yes! We go to great lengths to work with major recycling plants that take back any waste. Products that get made from our waste serve many industries from retail to construction.

Should I paint the mouldings once installed or before?
You definitely need to paint our mouldings with a high quality smooth or textured paint in the colour of your choice AFTER they are installed. To make it easier, you may prime the mouldings before they are installed on the ground and apply the finish on the wall afterward.
